When the United Nations threatens military intervention, Aladeen travels to New York to address the council. However, after being kidnapped and replaced by a dimwitted double by his treacherous uncle (Ben Kingsley), the dictator finds himself stripped of his power, his money, and, most devastatingly, his iconic beard.
